![]() (Or, quite simply, go through all the options and change all of the default settings to the other one.) ![]() If you would prefer to switch back to the original ball, merely tap with your second fingertip again quickly, without taking your finger off the shooter. Even if your fingertip on the shooter is covering up both balls, the aforementioned Beam setting will change the Beam to the color of the alternate ball. Swap Ball Colors - "Swipe" is preset, CHANGE THAT TO MULTI TOUCH, this means, while holding a finger on the shooter, tap with a second finger to swap balls (stop giggling, it is called Swap Ball Colors, really!). Tap fires the sphere when you tap the shooter, whereas Release allows you to line up your shot and then fire when you lift your finger. I need precision on my small screen.įire Sphere - "Tap" is the default, CHANGE IT TO RELEASE. "Offset" is preset, and that might be OK on larger tablets. Next find the Controls button, here you will optimize your accuracy and ease of play immensely! Beam works best because my fingertip on the shooter covers up the colored sphere, and the Beam aims a beam at your target that is the same color as the next sphere, so you know what color is going to shoot. On the first screen, you will see Aim Assist with these options: None, Retical (which gives a circle with cross-hairs for aiming), or Beam. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE PRESET SETTINGS by tapping the Options icon. I am now playing this android version of the game with the same ability for skill as the PC version(s), because of these adjustments. You don't just shoot spheres, you have to be quick and collect falling power-up items too. I deleted the tablet version of Zuma a long time ago because my screen is too small besides, I always liked the Luxor games on my PC better anyway. I have a Kindle Fire HDX, but the small one with a 7 inch screen, so I had trouble at first. This is the best tablet adaptation of a game of this kind. After moving it left 6.5MB on my device memory and it installed 75.25MB on my SD card. The app installed on my device memory with a size of 74.31MB. It is mentioned by some reviewers that this app contains Amazon IAP code but on my download there is no IAP code in the app's software. The permissions are very limited and as it is delivered now it is not colleting any personal data. The app does contain Amazon Insights Analytics which monitors the software and it can monitor your behavioral data and game play. The app played perfectly with the WIFI turned off so that is an option to stop purchases. There is also a More games button so make sure that your children are not purchasing games that you do not want. ![]() ![]() This game is available also on Google Play but it costs $2.99 on Google and it is less expensive on Amazon. there are some powerups and they are explained under the how to play section under the More button. I played the app on an eight inch tablet and on a 5 inch Android phone and in both cases it was easy and fun to play. At the end of the game you can catch Ankh coins for an extra life or falling treasure for bonus points. You shoot marbles at a string of marbles being pushed by a bug and when you hit a set of 2 or more and add the exact color to create a string of 3 or more that section you added to blows up. This game is very much similar to a game I played on my Apple tablet called Zuma. ![]()
